I was reading the forums and found this product:

It's a flush valve that converts a 2" flapper mouth to a 3" hole. Keeney also makes a flush valve that does the opposite (3" flapper to 2" hole), which (supposedly) improves flushing performance, but this... the only reason I can think of is if you want to reduce the flow. Or maybe you'd want to use cheaper flappers? idk, it's just a weird product.
