I am looking for a dependable dual flush toilet or one that uses a low amount of water. Because my powder room will have hardwood floors, I'd like the toilet to have low condensation and not be prone to overflowing! Of course I'd also like it to be inexpensive...:) Have you got any suggestions?

Go down to the local hardware store and ask to speak to someone in the plumbing dept. I'm sure they'll have someone who can answer your question(s).

The TOTO Aquia has been working the best for me.

The Gerber dual flush is a flop.
And the Water Ridge dual flush plugs too often.
I wouldn't ask a hardware store guy.
What, they hire them for $8 an hour and expect them to know plumbing?
