Installed a Craftsman 1hp Deep Well Water Jet Pump 10/2009. It has just begun to make a hesitation when starting. It is as if it starts stops and starts immediately again when it kicks on. Is this do to a specific part that needs to be replaced? Parts are still under warranty but the cost of labor defeats the point... so trying to fix it before it dies on our own. Thank you for any information.
