Hey All,

Looking for some plumbing DIY help. I have a 4" cast iron pipe for a vent stack. A smoke bomb was performed on the system and most of the smoke came from the top half of the pipe. I have replaced the top with PVC and performed another smoke bomb. There is a small leak now that is coming from where the cast iron goes through the slab foundation. Advice on how to fix this? The under slab plumbing was converted over to PVC 2 years ago from cast iron. Am i able to replace down to the slab with PVC and put a liquid sealant on the section that touches the foundation. Any help is appreciated!
