Vent pipe length

Okay... hopefully this is the last query for "this" remodel....

I'm running all my two inch vents into a common two inch vent pipe (4 separate ones - sink/sink/tub/toilet) and intend to connect into an existing vent on the other side of the basement rather than try to run a new pipe to the roof. The existing vent is 50ft from my new bathroom. I'm sloping everything towards the drains to avoid condensation pooling.

Any problems with doing it this way? While I know it will work... I don't know if it's "up to code"....

Yes, you should be fine. Just make sure you have a hanger or clip every 4' and as far as pitch for a vent there is no set pitch. Just make sure it is pitching to the drain it serves.
