vent below fixture on a vertical stack

Hello

I have a toilet feeding a 3" vertical drain with a 2 " vent below.

the 2" is coming from the washer total length from the toilet drain to the washer drain is only 4 feet is this not considered a wet vent?

is this allowed to have my vent below the toilet wet vented up to the washer and then dry vented to the roof

the 2" that has nothing on it yet will feed a sink I made a draining of the circuit the top drawing. the schematic below is the same idea
