If I'm away on vacation for a couple of weeks, is there anything wrong with shutting down the softener and carbon filter clocks, so they don't cycle?

I'd like to shut off the water to the house, so I can relax, with the knowledge that I won't have a flood while I'm gone.

Thanks for any help.

It will be ok to shut off the water and/or unplug the systems. When you get back, just reset the time if you unplugged the system.
