Hello, I was hoping I could get opinions on how long a pressure relief valve would last submerged in a lake?
I am finally getting around to installing one on my submersible pump that is in a lake and I noticed the spring inside the relief valve looks like it is made of steel. From past experiences steel, even galvanized steel, only lasts a couple of years before it is corroded through.

My pressure relief valve housing is brass and I know will last, but the spring looks like it will rust out in no time.

Does the industry make a relief valve that is designed for this application?

Thanks in advance
