    If you are going to try sell to Americans, I recommend you hire someone to translate to American Standard English. These services are cheap, and it says something about a Vendor that is not willing to make a small investment to present their product (or service) well. Many companies (Chinese in particular) fail to make a positive impression because of a false belief their English is "good enough". It is not enough to convey the basic message; there are subtleties in communication that must be conveyed otherwise the effort is a complete fail.

    In the videos at the Zotran web site, it appeared as if the user simply held down the flush handle until the bowl was cleared. If that is the case, how do you know how much water is being used for the flush?
