Turn off the water supply to an outside anti syphon faucet?

You shouldn't have to. Just be sure you don't leave a hose connected.

Anti-siphon does not necessarily mean it is frost free. If you have a conventional bibb, it will freeze. The frost free bibbs have a long stem such that when turned off, no water exists outide the INSIDE of the building wall.
