Have several old (mid-1980s) Grohe faucets/valves that I would like to find new trims for. Is it even possible to change the trims on these? I would like to keep the old valves - we are on a well with little enough pressure to start with that I don't want to update the entire valve and get stuck with mandatory restrictors.

To complicate matters, fantastically non-standard installations... see pics. Gotta love the 80s!
Is there any hope for me?
