Hi guys,

I recently bought an old house and I'm dealing with three issues trying to install new toilets, hope you can help.

1. The water supply lines are directly behind the drains
2. I can't move them without breaking the vintage tiles which I would like to avoid
3. I'm dealing with 14" rough-ins

I hoped you might be able to recommend a toilet that has a 4" wall gap at 10" up from the floor and can accommodate a 14" rough in.

Many thanks!
Dave

This looks close.

It seems that you want to get rid of the elbow offset method. This has its own low profile elbow:

See https://terrylove.com/forums/index.php?threads/help-with-drake-toilet-decision-please.59331/ post #16. It would be nice if Dahl provided dimensions. Maybe somebody could post that or provide a picture of a tape measure measuring from the wall to the extent of the valve.

If you could replace use a lower profile Dahl valve, you would have more room than you would with many.

If you went with a standard 12" bowl you would have more room back behind the bowl.

Here is a Dahl stop I use behind some bowls.
