Plumbing is the only profession where you'll hear your boss say, "Be sure your 'joints' have lots of 'Dope' in them!"

Only Job! you here - "Just spit on it"

OK if your going to go there then this should not be a surprise to you.

I was trying to cram my pipe down a hole and my buddy said "Stop. Try spitting on it first! - you need some lube!!!" After I got it all the way in I just smiled and him and we both went for a smoke! hahahah - So bad. The next time I just took off the rubber! OMG so bad. I am of course referring to installing an ACO shower drain over their rough in. The #$$%%^ is tight.

You don't hear that every day on the job site! LOL

    vocabulary

The realtor who sold my first house told me that her father had a hardware store. She was helping out when she was about 12 years old when a man asked her for a 3/8" nipple. She slapped him in the face. She told me that plumbers must have the "dirtiest" vocabulary because we have nipples, cocks, etc.

quote; MPT FPT I asked a guy that question once and he said, "I want to connect them together, NOT breed them".
