Have searched but can't quite find what I'm looking for. Can you tell me if this works? Two options for the vanity drain. "A" goes to vent and joins with washer drain. I realize I'll have to bump up the pipe at wye as I can't seem to find a wye with 2" and 11/2". "B" goes directly down and joins the drain there. Any input is appreciated.

Those "double combos" which you may be calling "Y"s are NOT the correct fittings. You need "back to back fixture fittings" which DO come in the reducing size you need. Use a sanitary tee for the washer and connect the sinks to the horizontal line with pipe "B".
