That video made me dizzy.:eek:

A couple of good photos would be better.

If you can see a leak in the drain, then they should be able to fix that.

The camera was so close that we really have no idea what we were looking at, but if you can see the leak, then it is fixable, usually without major remodeling.

sorry about that... Um you really cant see the leak the water is rising up from the ground. All you see is the water rising ,i guess were there is no concrete.

If you have access to the plumbing, you can fix the leak. If not, you'll have to make that access somehow.

try again. use a tissue paper that darkens when wet, to make water show up. Remove the loose materials like brambles and plaster chunks. Describe what the leak IS, i.e. where coming from, whether the tub is full or not. Use more lights from more sources. Get an extension cord and bring in strong lights. Plan out what you are going to show so you don't keep moving around and zooming in and out. Within the next few months you'll get it right.
