Hello, there is nothing printed on this valve. Any thoughts on the manufacturer? The entire cylinder turns out. The hot no longer works. I can't shut it off until I change it out. Tenant. Thx.

You need to take it out and take up close infocus pictures of both ends and from the side. Measure the length or lay it next to a ruler and take a picture.
The valve has screwdriver stops so you could just close the stops and not have to shut down the whole system.

Looking through the opening, it looks like there are individual water shut offs (one for hot and one for cold) at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. If that is what I'm seeing, you would be able to shut off the water to the valve with a large screw driver and remove the cartridge without turning off the water to the rest of your house.
