Shallow Well Pump Brand And contruction questions

Hello, I was wondering what kind of pump is quieter, stainless-steel, thermoplastic, cast iron. In a sense of noise from water flowing though it, rather than motor noise. I would think it would be a cast iron pump, and has anyone herd of red-lion pumps they look allot like red jacket pumps.
