I have a grinder pump that I am going to replace. It has 1 1/4" pipe coming from the pump an then transitions to 2"outside of holding tank. Have about 60 ft to sewer. What horsepower would you recommend? I have a Gould pump now which is 2 HP. I would like to switch to a liberty pump. Any suggestions? Some of my neighbors have switched to sewage pumps, probably for the cost factor. Our county sewer is a gravity system. Thank you for any tips you can give me.
