Hi all. I'm new to the forum. I'm interested in replacing my current Kenmore water softener with a Clack water softener. I've read tons of positive feedback on Clacks, and am just curious which one would be recommended for a 1500 square foot home, 2 adults, and water hardness of 14. Different vendors seem to have different model Clacks, and recommend diffrent units. I've been offered a 1.5CF system with a 30k grain capacity by one vender, and a 2CF system 40k grain capacity by another. Which one would be more effective?
I was also curious if there was a particular Clack series that would be more efficient and appropriate for my home.
FYI: I have one inch pipe tubing entering the home.
