Rough in Water Softener

Need some advice.

We have a roughed in water softener connection in our garage. We put the water softener in the basement & now want to convert the rough-in into a garage sink.

How is the best way to do this?

There is a roughed in drain as well.

You can get cold water easy. The pipe on the right should be the cold feed line. Don't know where you can tap into a hot line.
