IS there any such thing? I'm on well and septic and the toilet was running the other day for a few hours. Fortuantely, I was home and noticed it before the septic filled up completely and the well pump kept cycling. I know there are metered flush valves for commerical toilets but can't find anything for home use.

Also Korky makes the 528Z, but I have seen a number of reviews that suggest that it's finicky and/or breaks easily. I may have to get one and install it and test it out in real-world usage...
