Replace kitchen spout

Hello all. I have a kitchen faucet (single handle) that has the numbers 413763 located at the back of the spout assembly. I would like to change just the spout assembly but do not know the manufacturer. I tried searching online but can not find it. Can someone provide some help?

Would you work on that if a replacement spout cost as much as a whole new fixture?

Yes, because it would be easier and I could probably do it myself. I don't think I could do it myself if I had to go under the sink to remove the old one and install a new one. Thanks...
