Removing Moen shower handle without set screw

Trying to replace Moen cartridge, but handle absolutely does not have a set screw. I do not have a model, appears to be high end trim kit from a few years ago.

Does it have a place for a set screw? Maybe there is a button or a cap you have to remove to get to a screw. How about a picture of it?

No hole for the set screw nore button of any kind. Here are a couple of pictures.

It is a Moen "Exactemp" model 3330 but the parts manual does NOT show how the handle attaches. Go to Moen.com and get the installation instructions for it.
