Relocating Baseboard Hotwater Heater

I need to know the steps to take regarding draining a Hot Water Baseboard Heater and
purging the Baseboard Heater of air and then reloading the water back into the Baseboard hot water heater once I reconnect the PEX cables to the copper pipes on the Baseboard Heater.
