Hello all,
I have an Astracast white composite material double bowl corner sink that I installed in my kitchen remodel I did in 1998/99. Of course, over the years, it's accumulated a few chips and dings. Also, the years of food/coffee stains have taken a bit of a toll, so that I can no longer get it clean with just bleach, elbow grease and scouring. The bowl has a ingrained stain to it now. The material looks sandable. Has anyone refinished a similar material to this by sanding it. I am assuming it would be a grit reduction process by wet sanding the final time with 1000 grit to get a sheen to it.
Thanks for any advise and I hope I put this in the right area.
