Hi Terry & co - I'll be embarking on a kitchen renovation project in the next few months. At this point I'm not sure what type/style of sink will be used (probably NOT a farmhouse variety). At what height do the pros typically rough in a kitchen sink drain connection? I suspect I may have to lower the existing drain for maximum flexibility.

(Obviously I'll do my best to find out the style of sink as soon as possible, but was trying to get an idea ahead of time.)

For the average sink and GD, 14" above the finished floor is a good height.
