Re-routing drain pipe in load-bearing wall

I removed an existing wall to open a room up & planned on installing an LVL laminated beam to support the load bearing wall. The issue we found is that the 3" drainage pipe from the 2nd floor bathroom is running in this wall & needs to be re-routed somehow. The drainage pipe is approx. 4 1/2 feet from the outer wall so initially we thought we could re-route it.

If the LVL can be moved back (away from drainage pipe), can we re-route the 3" drainage pipe without compromising the integrity of the existing 2x8 floor joists? How could we run this 3" pipe?

Attached are pictures of the open wall with the drainage pipe. Do you think this can be done in this load-bearing wall? Any suggestions?

You need a structural engineer, because that pipe is right where your beam should be. There is no way you can "reroute" it without completely revising the drain system for that bathroom. If you did do something without revising the upstairs bath piping, you would lose head room beneath it because it would be hanging down into the room.
