Hi,
Happy Holidays!
We have purchased a house project and basically starting from fresh from almost all aspects including plumbing.

I am very much a novice in terms or plumbing design and hoping to get some advice.
I have attached a drawing but not sure it displays my situation very well.

There is currently no plumbing in the house with the exception of a main soil out and 2 roof vents but nothing in between.
Main Details:
1 Full Bath
1 Half Bath plus laundry
1 Kitchen Sink/DW
Bathrooms will be stacked
Main Soil Out is almost exactly as far away as it could be (opposite corner of the house from 2 bathrooms)

Assuming you can see what is happening in the picture:
Am i on the right track here?
Does the Soil stack need its own vent or are the fixture vents sufficient?

Thanks in advance
