    Would it not be better for the wire nuts to be pointed up so they could not collect water?

    The wirenuts are obviously oriented correctly since they are part of the run-off retention plan.

    Nice job getting the conduit through the gutter. Can't tell if it was a torch or a beaver that made the hole.
