Hello,

I am adding a new 240v circuit to supply heat to my garage (1500w) and a powder room (500w) directly adjacent.

Given the layout, I would like to run a wire from the panel to a junction box, and then run a seperate wire from the j-box to each room with it's own thermostat/heater. Within the J-box i would connect all 3 red ends together and all 3 black ends together.

My intention is to use 14/2 wire and a 15 amp breaker.

Does this sound safe and correct? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Patrick
