Question regarding wireless light switch

Can you explain the wiring of the following devide (see picture).
In particular, can you explain the red wire?

The schematic is almost as horrible as the translation. Just guessing, the red is switched input power, and adjacent black the common/neutral. Where are you from, and what is the standard general utility voltage in your region? What are you trying to control? The grey nubs on the right are the A/B buttons?

The blue, and white leads look like controller outputs, with the circle x's being lumineres, and the other black their common/neutral.

That's just a guess. Contact whoever sold you that piece for definative answers.
