We had a fire at our house Jan 2016 we went to start pump and the pump would not turn on.

Went to reset pressure switch and saw small spark.

Replaced pressure switch nothing.

Replaced Pressure control panel same as pump 3/4 hp nothing

we have juice to pressure switch and still nothing

trying to avoid pulling pump

it has been a year over a relatively mild winter

Thanks Scott

You might want to explain that more.

After for checking for 230 volts, isolating the wires to the pump and getting the resistances could be informative.

Was the fire an insurance claim? If so try to add the well pump as a result of the fire. A claim is a claim and the cost of the pump repair isn't going to change anything.
