Pull out Kitchen Faucets

Does anyone have advice on if a nylon hose is better than a metal one for a pull out faucet?

The metal ones will typically have plastic inside them. All plastic might end up less durable in the long term as it gets rubbed going in and out and could be more vulnerable underneath the counter.
