Ptrap orientation

Hello,
Installing new vanity. Obviously the pipe from wall is not lined up with new sink/drain. Is it OK to install as shown? Thanks

IF you did it correctly, you would NOT have to do it that way.

If you can get the trap adapter installed closer to the wall, it will not stick out so far.
The long part of the p-trap can be cut if needed.
Either way works though.
