pressure reg tub shower removal

If i removed the temp reg on a shower tub faucet would i get more pressure?

Not likely to give either more volume or pressure. All it will do is MAYBE give you hotter water. The maximum volume, not pressure, is in the middle when both hot and cold are flowing equally. Low pressure is usually caused by the MANDATED design of the shower heads.
