Please help me identify the brand of this lavatory faucet

Can anyone tell me who made this?. I can't match the leaking ceramic cartridge to any available at the big box hardware, or specialty plumbing suppliers. The whole bathroom has kohler equipment so assumed it was kohler. They advised it is not. I may need a better picture but let me know if any more info is needed. Not aware of its age. Found in Toronto .

Looks like I found a cartridge that might work. The fixture is from aqua brass I think.
