How do you upsize the vent pipe size when you combine as follows:

Someone told me that if you use a 3" pipe for floor drain, venting is not required. Is this correct?

When the vent reach the roof, do we have to change the size of vent pipe?

Is ther a webstie where I can see a table for vent size / drain size, and vent to p-trap distances
for UPC standards or international standards?

Thanks,
kind regards,
HP
