Pipe plugs

I am looking for plastic pipe plugs that can be turned with the fingers, like a wing nut or similar. The size is 1/8 and 1/4 NPT. I have seen plastic plugs like that with straight threads but I need tapered. I have done some searching of manufacturers websites without finding any. Does anyone know if they are available?
