I own a Tucson, AZ single story slab home built in 1987 using PB plumbing. No leaks but am wondering if this should be replaced now since next door home had a leak (in the pipe, not at a fitting) this past week. If so what would be the repacement pipe options that I should consider and can anyone recommend a reliable contractor to do the work?
