Old Delta Valve replacement help

We have a Delta Scald Gurad retangular trin tub/shower valve the Delta says we cannot replace. About 15 yrs old. Does anyone know of an OEM replacement cartridge trim for this valve? the handle requires a rectangular slot and screw.

ALmost every place that carries Delta parts has that stem. I don't know why you have that one in your left hand, because it will not fit it.
