We recently purchased new porch lights to replace our old, worn out ugly builder models. Everything was going fine until the grounding part. Now, the old light only had 2 wires (Black and white). The new ones have the black and white and the bare grounding wire. The only problem is, the box does NOT have a ground wire coming out of it, nor is the box itself is grounded. The box is metal though. I'm a bit puzzled because i'm not sure where to put it. For now I just put it on the mounting bracket where the ground screw is and tightened it. Would this be right? Is there any way to solve this?
