Need info on bathtubs, please.

My wife and i have decided to have our bathroom remodeled. The contractor told us to pick out everything we wanted for the bathroom. We have everything except for the tub and tub/shower walls. We have a budget of around $700 for them and have narrowed it down to two. On recommendations from people we know, we have to go with either the AquaGlass Eleganza or the Sterling Ensemble Curve. So far we have received mixed opinions on both products. Any help and/or advice would be much appreciated. Also we would look into other products if they will meet our budget.
