need help with dripping pipe

hi everyone.

I noticed 2 pipes on the edge of my roof are dripping water. I have pictures attached. does anyone know what are the 2 pipes for? It didn't drip before. thank you very much for helping.

Do you have two A/C units, or one?

The main drain on the A/C condensate pan for the A/C coil in the attic is probably clogged (unless you have just one unit and both drains are over the window). The overflow drain is supposed to drain to an obvious location like over a window, so you will notice and fix the problem.
