need help with bathroom sink and bath tub drain and vent

I'm remodeling my bathroom and need to run a tub drain and vent but am not sure how to do it because there is a floor joist in the way which wasn't there originally. I'd rather not drill through the joist if I don't have to.

The blue piece of tape on the OSB is where the drain will go and in the other photo where the tape is on the joist is where the tub drain will come down but on the other side.
