In the last year or so, black FlexFix (880924) non-metalic tape has disappeared from the big box stores.

Any reason why? Did UL delist it or the code change?

This stuff is Polypropylene (OPP) with an acrylic adhesive, and is darn useful for more than just flexible insulated duct jackets. It's the best stuff I've found to fasten PE sheeting together, and it lasts forever.

I've only found one place on the net where you can still buy it, and it's a liquidator. It's still in the Berry catalog Berry Plastics 555 FLEXFIX UL181B-FX LISTED.

So what are people using now?
