I am adding 2 medicine cabinets in an upstairs bathroom. Of course when I cut the second hole, there was a vertical PVC vent pipe (looks like 2") right in the middle of the opening. I'm thinking that the easiest way would be to re-direct it using 4 els. Can I do that? I would only have to move it about 1 foot over. Do I have to slope anything? Any other concerns? Suggestions? The attic is above. Thanks for your time and help.

As I understand it, above the flood plain, you can run the vent nearly any way you want as long as it slopes down so it doesn't pool condensed moisture - the air will move regardless.
