Ok, I ordered new stop valves from Moen. Does anyone have any advice or experience replacing these valves? Looks as though they simply unscrew, and then I screw in the new ones. Any teflon tape or pipe dope recommended. Or any other advice is appreciated.
Thanks again,
Steve

No pipe dope or tape normally on this type of plumbing connection! The only thing you may want is some silicon plumber's grease if they aren't already greased up (probably are). NOT something like WD-40...you need the specific, potable water safe plumber's grease.
