i have an old Moen faucet and i can't afford to replace it now but i have a small issue.

in my bathroom tub the bootom faucet flows fine but when i have to pull the leaver so the water can flow through the shower it does not work because the rubber under the bottom faucet is old and worn out. (see pics attached)

is there any replacement rubber i can use or any idea how to fix

Thanks for all your help!

I have this style of faucet. Took off the water knob, removed Phillips screw on cosmetic plate. Removed 4 Phillips mounting screws and it still won't come out. What else do I need to do to remove this faucet?
