When the hot water in my kitchen faucet is turned on, it goes from Hot to warm to cold, within about a minutes time, every time you turn on the hot water. Every other faucet and bath fixture produces adequate hot water, and has no issues, this is just isolated to the kitchen faucet. I disconnected the hot supply line at the angle stop, and the water from the angle stop itself, is doing the exact same thing ruling out a faucet issue. I have never had this problem before, in the 10 years I have been in my home, and it occurred well after the faucet was replaced.

A photo of the faucet and of the connections under the sink might reveal some clues. Do you have a recirulating pump on the hot water line somewhere?

Do you have a washing machine "Y" conect hose installed anywhere?
