Canterra Pedestal Sink.jpg

The water flow in the faucets is VERY low. There is hardly ANY cold water flow, while there is a very low flow of hot water. The sink is cemented to the floor and the wall with no access to the water supply..

What are the possible alternatives to resolving the water flow problem?

Thanks Terry - But if the aerator was clogged, would that cause different pressure for hot and cold faucets?

Clean out the areator first and see if it makes any difference. It want hurt anything to clean it out. ....You need access to the shut off valves under the sink. They could be partly closed. .......There could be some trash in the faucet valve. You need to be able to shut off the water to take apart the stems and clean out any debris. Flush it out etc.

Cleaned the aerator and did not solve the problem. As you can see from the picture, there is no access to the shut off valves. The stone pedestal sink is cemented to the wall :-(

Has it every worked? Did it work correctly and then gradually stop or all of the sudden stop working? If it is a new instal, I would call who ever installed it and tell them to fix it.......It might not be cemented to the wall. Try to pull the base, easily and see if it is just sitting on the floor. Look closely at the seam where the base and the basin meet, is it cemented? It could be cemented but I have not seen a sink with no access to the valves or connections under the sink.

What is on the other side of the wall? A closet? If there is not an access panel, maybe you could add one.
